This restaurant had been recommended to me by friends who know of my love for Indian food. The food and service were was good but the portions were small and the prices were high. Not sure I&rsquo;d go again.

Ambassador Dining Room

Visited at 11:15 am. Breakfast still being served walk up cafe style. The table service part of the restaurant opened at 11:30 am. Food was excellent.

The food is generally well-prepared - about right for the price point. The vegetarian options are ample but not remarkably varied - yeah, I love humus also, but it&#39;s not scintillating. Drink menu is OK but not great.

The stately Indian restaurant in Tuscany-Canterbury, renowned for its cuisine and elegant decor, switched ownership at the start of December. Gopal Bishwakarma purchased the Ambassador from its founders, brothers Keir and Binda Singh, for $400,000, according to documents filed with the city&#39;s liquor board.
